INFRARED SAUNA

Infrared saunas use three types of components to emit invisible light.  Our skin allows penetration of infrared light very well, the depth of tissue penetration allows for your inner core temperature to rise without needing so much ambient heat. It also, stimulates cellular respiration that has a host of benefits.

MASSAGE CHAIR

This is not the "ol mall massage chair". Oh no! This an amazing chair. Attention from head to feet including your arms. There are different settings with a touchpad screen, for your liking.  The hope with this chair is you will be able to get some soft tissue attention, assist  circulation, and another opportunity to relax and unwind. One nice bonus to this chair is that it moves to a zero gravity position which is a very comfortable position for most people.

PEMF MAT
